Athena has been built one relationship, one employee and one property at a time. We greatly appreciate existing and new relationships. Our growth will come through our expanded relationships, which are greatly appreciated.

INVESTORS

Although we partner with those that are known to us, we would
consider diversifying our investor base. We find it a privilege to invest for others
and do not invest out of privilege.

LENDERS AND MORTGAGE BROKERS

We are loyal to lender and mortgage brokerage relationships,
but given the fragmented market of our property types (ex., RV parks)
we are always willing to grow our lender relationships.

SELLERS, INVESTMENT SALES BROKERS, AND FINDERS

Information shall be held in the strictest of confidence.
We are long-term investors and value long-term industry relationships.
Brokers are welcome and protected. We provide professionals
(lawyers, property managers, others) with consulting/finder fees.
